Replacing a Hot Swap Power Supply
Warning: Hazardous voltage, current, and energy levels are present inside the power supply. There
are no user-serviceable parts inside it; servicing should be done by technically qualified
personnel.
1. Remove the power cable from the defective hot swap power supply.
2. If present, remove shipping screw securing defective hot swap power supply to
chassis (see letter “A” in the following figure). Press on green latch (see letter “B”)
while pulling on handle to remove power supply from chassis.

3. Insert new hot swap power supply into chassis. Replace shipping screw (see letter
“A” in the following figure) if shipping chassis to another location.

4. Connect power cable to replaced power supply.
