Installing the Floor Mounting Brackets
Step Detail
The Floor Mounting Brackets should be used
when sliding equipment in and out of the
cabinet and no other stabilizing provisions are
in place. This safety feature is used to prevent
the cabinet from tipping over or to keep it in a
fixed location. Consult a contractor or trained
professional on the best method of fastening
your cabinet to the floor.
1. Prepare the location. Check the location to
make sure the area is suitable to bolt down
the cabinet. (Refer to Site Preparation
Information).

2. Secure the Floor Mounting Brackets to the
front and rear of the cabinet base using
supplied hardware.
3. Have a qualified professional fasten the
brackets to your data center floor.
