Understanding Messaging
Message Storage
Your phone can store up to 200 received and 180 sent messages.
When the message memory is full, the oldest unlocked message will
be deleted automatically.
Displaying Messages
To view a new message:
ᮣ When you receive a text/picture message, it will automatically
appear on your phone’s main display screen. Use your
navigation key to scroll down and view the entire message.
Ⅲ Press Call (left softkey) to dial the callback number.
Ⅲ Press Reply (left softkey) to reply to the sender.
Ⅲ Press Go (left softkey) to go to the Web site.
Ⅲ Press Forward (left softkey) to forward the message
(appears only if there is no sender’s phone number, email
address, or callback number).
Ⅲ Press Options (right softkey) to display options.
Note: When there are two or more notifications, a Missed Alerts list is displayed
in standby mode. Select a text/picture message in the list and press View (left
softkey) to display the message details.
Note: When you receive a new text message, the message notification and the
icon will appear.
Note: When a new picture message arrives, you will see the icon on your
display screen.
