5-13. E-Mail Notification Configuration
This sets a function for notifying the machine status, errors, etc., by E-Mail. Password input is necessary to
configure settings.
z For details on the E-Mail notice function, refer to the copier User's Guide.
z In order to alter any of the fields that follow, a password is required. The default password for Web Utilities is "key
operator password".
To access the E-Mail Notification Configuration page, follow these steps:

Open the Network Setup Page.

From the top menu, select E-Mail Notification Configuration page. The E-Mail Notifica-
tion Configuration page opens.

Enter the following items.
„ Enable E-Mail Notification
„ E-Mail Notification Address
„ No Paper
„ Toner Stop
„ Paper Jam
„ Operator Attention
„ PM Required
„ Fatal Error
„ Stapler Empty
„ Dispose of waste full
