PREFERENCES

AUDIO*
Set to your preferred audio language.

For languages other than the ones shown, highlight
OTHERS and press ‘enter’. Using the digit keys on the
handset, enter the four-digit code for the desired
language as shown in the Language Codes section of
the manual, then press ‘enter’.

SUBTITLE*
Set to your preferred subtitle language. Certain DVDs
will play subtitles even if this option is set to OFF. If
this happens, subtitles can be removed by pressing
SUB-T on the handset.

For languages other than the ones shown, highlight
OTHERS and press ‘enter’. Using the digit keys on the
handset, enter the four-digit code for the desired
language as shown in the Language Codes section of
the manual, then press ‘enter’.

DISC MENU*
Set to your preferred DVD menu language. This option
is only effective for a DVD which contains multi-
language disc menus.

For languages other than the ones shown, highlight
OTHERS and press ‘enter’. Using the digit keys on the
handset, enter the four-digit code for the desired
language as shown in the Language Codes section of
the manual, then press ‘enter’.

*Regardless of the language selected, languages

available when watching a DVD are dependant on
the disc being played.

LOCALE
Not currently functional.

PARENTAL
This menu allows you to program the Classik Movie
System with an age restriction level for certain DVDs.*

To set or change parental control:

1. Highlight the desired age restriction level and

press ‘enter’. The password verify page appears.

2. Key in a four-digit password using the number

keys on the handset (the factory set password
is 3308).

3. When prompted on screen press ‘enter’.

4. Exit setup to implement change.

*If a DVD does not contain the correct information,

the parental control feature will not function.

PASSWORD
To set or change your four-digit password:

1. Highlight CHANGE and press ‘enter’. The password

change page will appear.

2. Key in your old password using the digit keys on

the handset (the factory set password is 3308).

3. Key in your new password, then confirm your new

password.

4. When prompted on screen press ‘enter’. Your new

password will now be implemented.

DEFAULTS
To configure the setup menus to the original factory
settings, highlight RESET and press ‘enter’.

SMART NAV
Not currently functional.
