Rules for Adding Comments
Following are rules for adding comments in your logbook.
• If you wish to add a comment to a test result, press
OK while viewing the test result.
• Use the Arrow button to scroll up and down through the
various menus and choices.
• Use the OK button to make a selection.
• You must save your selections by using the Arrow
button to highlight “Save” and pressing OK .
• Prior to seeing the logbook display, you may press the Back
button and return to the previous display to review or edit
the information you have stored.
• To remove an entry, select - - - from the menu.
• Press and hold the Back button
to turn off the meter.
• After one minute of no activity, the meter will turn off
automatically. To go back into the logbook, press the
FastFacts
™ Smartbutton ™ . With “Logbook” highlighted,
press the OK button .
You can comment on a test as occurring before or after a meal,
how you are feeling at the time of the test, and if there was any
exercise involved. In all, you may add one food comment, one
exercise comment, and up to six health comments to a test result.
