your test strip package. Do not
store test strips outside of the
original bottle. Do not alter
test strips.

exposed to air,
or has passed its
expiration date.

with a new test
strip. Apply a larg-
er drop of blood
to the pink test
square
and verify
that the confirma-
tion dot
on the
back of the test
strip has turned
completely blue.
