Is there a clear path for airflow through the base heatsink and through the chassis

Is the AC power source for the drive of the proper voltage, frequency, and capacity

Is the motor securely mounted and aligned

Are the motor leads connected in the proper order

Is the cable from the motor to the drive properly connected
