Intercept Routing

Description

Provides automatic redirection of incoming trunk calls. There are two types of Intercept Routing
as follows:

The available intercept destination is as follows:

Type 1: The destination assigned on the extension port which the original destination joins.

Type 2: The destination assigned on the trunk group which receives the call.

Description

Intercept Routing—No
Answer (IRNA)

If a called party does not answer a call within a preprogrammed
time period (Intercept time) (

Intercept Time [203]), it is

redirected to the preprogrammed destination.

Intercept Routing—
Busy/DND

If a called party is busy or in DND mode, the call is redirected to
the preprogrammed destination.
