B.3.1 Hardware (1/2)
(1) When using in-circuit emulator IE-78K0-NS
IE-78K0-NS Note The in-circuit emulator serves to debug hardware and software when
In-circuit emulator developing application systems using a 78K/0 Series product. It corresponds
to integrated debugger (ID78K0-NS). This emulator should be used in
combination with power supply unit, emulation probe, and interface adapter
which is required to connect this emulator to the host machine.
IE-70000-MC-PS-B This adapter is used for supplying power from a receptacle of 100-V to
Power supply unit 240-V AC.
IE-70000-98-IF-C Note This adapter is required when using the PC-9800 Series computer (except
Interface adapter notebook type) as the IE-78K0-NS host machine.
IE-70000-CD-IF Note This is PC card and interface cable requied when using the PC-9800 Series
PC card Interface notebook-type computer as the IE-78K0-NS host machine.
IE-70000-PC-IF-C Note This adapter is required when using the IBM PC/AT and their compatible
Interface adapter machine as the IE-78K0-NS host machine.
IE-780308-NS-EM1 Note This board emulates the operations of the peripheral hardware peculiar to
Emulation board a device. It should be used in combination with an in-circuit emulator.
NP-80GC This probe is used to connect the in-circuit emulator to the target system
Emulation probe and is designed for 80-pin plastic QFP (GC-3B9, GC-8BT types).
EV-9200GC-80 This conversion socket connects the NP-80GC to the target system board
Conversion socket designed to mount a 80-pin plastic QFP (GC-3B9, GC-8BT types).

NP-80GK This probe is used to connect the in-circuit emulator to the target system
Emulation probe and is designed for 80-pin plastic QFP (GK-BE9 type).
TGK-080SDW This conversion adapter connects the TGK-080SDW to the target system
Conversion adapter board designed to mount a 80-pin plastic QFP (GK-BE9 type).
