Problem

Possible cause

Remedy

DRIVE POWER

The machine drive power is reduced

The drive pedal is faulty

Replace

The by-pass is open

Check the by-pass screw tightening

The drive system pump power decreases

Check the hydraulic system oil pressure on the
drive system pump

Worn drive motors

Replace

The machine has no drive power

Activated drive system pump deactivation
screw (to facilitate machine towing)

Deactivate

There are oil leaks from the hydraulic system

Repair

Broken drive system pump

Replace

Broken drive system motor

Replace

DRIVE PEDAL

The machine moves even if the drive pedal is
released

Misadjusted drive pedal

Adjust

CAB HEATING

There is no hot air

Broken hot water tap or pipes

Replace

There are water leaks from the heater

Replace

The switch is deactivated

Activate

The fuse is blown

Replace

CAB CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM

There is no fresh air

The compressor does not turn because the
drive belt is loosen/broken

Adjust the tension/replace the belt

Deactivated thermostat

Activate

There are gas leaks from the system

Repair the leak and integrate the gas

The expansion valve is faulty

Replace

The switch is deactivated

Activate

The fuse is blown

Replace

There is an open in the gas pressure switch

Replace

The relay is burnt

Replace

DIESEL ENGINE

When turning the ignition key, the engine does
not start

The drive pedal is pressed.

Do not press the drive pedal when starting the
engine.
