Loading data from a
memory card

Data saved on a memory card can be loaded into the TD-10.

Procedure

1.

Press [SETUP]-[F4 (UTIL)]-[F2 (LOAD)].

The “LOAD from CARD” page will appear.

2.

Insert the memory card into the MEMORY CARD slot.

3.

Press [F4 (LOAD)].

A confirmation display will appear.

4.

Press [F4 (EXEC)]and the data will be loaded from the

memory card. (Press [F1 (CANCEL)] to return to the pre-

vious page without excecuting the operation.)

* You can also load individual kits from a memory card. To do so,

use the Copy function (p. 117).

Automatically switching
the display (Note Chase)

When editing sounds, the TD-10’s display will switch corre-
sponding to the sound that is used when a pad is hit (or
when a MIDI message is received). This function is called
Note Chase.
Note Chase will always be ON for notes that are struck on a
pad. This function can be turned off for notes received from
MIDI IN.

Procedure

1.

Press [SETUP]-[F2 (MIDI)]-[F1 (GLOBAL)].

The “MIDI GLOBAL” page will appear.

2.

Use [CURSOR] to move the cursor to “Note Chase.”

3.

Use [INC/DEC] or the VALUE dial to turn the setting

on/off.

* Note Chase will NOT function while the INTERNAL sequencer

is playing.
