Procedure

1.

Press [PATTERN]-[F2 (FUNC)]-[F1 (GLOBAL)].

The “PATTERN GLOBAL” page will appear.

2.

Use [CURSOR] to move the cursor to “Sync Mode.”

3.

Use [INC/DEC] or the VALUE dial to select “External” or

“Auto.”

4.

Begin playback on the transmitting device (master).

Synchronized playback will begin.

Synchronizing an external
sequencer to the TD-10

In this case, the TD-10 will be the master. As shown in the
following diagram, use a MIDI cable to connect the MIDI
OUT of the TD-10 to the MIDI IN connector of the external
device.

Procedure

1.

Press [PATTERN]-[F2 (SETUP)]-[F1 (GLOBAL)].

The “PATTERN GLOBAL” page will appear.

2.

Use [CURSOR] to move the cursor to “Sync Mode.”

3.

Use [INC/DEC] or the VALUE dial to “Internal” or “Auto.”

4.

Make settings on the external sequencer so that it will

synchronize.

5.

Press [PLAY] to start playback on the TD-10.

Synchronized playback will begin.
