Chapter 2 Principles of Operation
Continuous Paper Feed (Rear Tractor Mechanism)
As the platen rotates, power is transferred to the tractor gear from the platen gear, the idler gear, and the
change gear. The tractor gear drives the pin tractor belts, which feed the continuous paper.
