1) From the Idle screen, press to enter the main menu.
2) Press and to select Settings.
3) Press and to select Time and date.
4) Press and to select Time zone.
5) Press and or just press to select your preferred time zone
(GMT -12 Æ GMT +13).
6) Press and select Daylight saving.
