Placing/Retrieving Calls on Hold

Calls on hold may be released automatically if the held party hangs up and the
network provides a hold-release signal. See

for the Automatic Hold feature.

To hold a call that appears on a Line or [DN] button

To place a Handsfree Answerback call on hold

2. Dial the [DN] of the

station to be added.

If you receive a busy tone or no answer, press

&QI7UQ

to return to the original connection.

3. Press

&QI7UQ

after the

party answers.

All parties are conferenced. The

[DN]

or

Line

LED lights steady.

Up to three stations (including your own) can
conference with one line.

The new station is not conferenced until you
answer by lifting the handset or pressing a

[DN]

Press

+ROG

.

The Line or [DN] LED flashes green at the on-
hold rate.

You hear recall tone when your station is idle (or
two times only when busy) if you do not retrieve
the held call before “Hold the recall” time set in
system programming expires.

You are connected to the incoming call.
