Answering system operation
Recording and playing memos
Memos are your own recorded messages used as a remnder for yourself or
for others n the household usng the same answerng system. They are saved,
played back and deleted exactly the same way as ncomng messages.
Record a memo
• Press the softkey
MEMO at the base unt. The screen dsplays RECORD
MEMO AFTER TONE. After the tone, speak towards the mcrophone at
the bottom front of the base unt from about nne nches away.
• Press the softkey STOP when you have finished recording.
Memo playback
• Press
/PLAY/STOP to play the memo.
• See the secton Options during playback on page 47 for other optons.
• Your memo
can be up to
4 mnutes n
length.
