IMPORTANT After eliminating the in-
convenience, to check the system com-
pletely, Fiat Dealerships are obliged to run
a bench test and, if necessary, road tests
which may also call for a long journey. SOUND SYSTEM
(where provided)
The Fiat Stilo sound system is of the fixed
type: the instructions for use are given in
the attached Supplement.
ACTUAL versions are provided with pre-
setting for sound system with aerial, wiring
and speakers.
To install the sound system, loosen screw
A-fig. 124 and remove the oddment
compartment, install the compartment
provided with the sound system and the
power cables for the electric connection.
If turning the ignition key to
MAR, the warning light U
does not turn on or if, while
travelling it turns on glowing
steadily or flashing (together with the
message on the display), contact Fiat
Dealership as soon as possible. Warn-
ing light U operation can be checked
by means of special equipment by traf-
fic agents. Always comply with the traf-
fic regulations in force in the country
where you are travelling.

IMPORTANT To guarantee proper sound
and mechanical properties (e.g. water
tightness and door soundproofing) at Lin-
eaccessori Fiat is available a kit including
an aerial adapter that improves AM fre-
quency reception through the amplifier on
the aerial support.
