This normally appears
temporarily whenever batteries
are removed or replaced. If it
doesn’t disappear within 30
seconds, call Accu-Chek

The memory is full with test
values. As you add each new
test result, the oldest one is
deleted.

The code key is faulty or was
removed while the meter was
on. Turn off the meter and
reinsert the code key. If this
doesn’t fix the problem, call
Accu-Chek Customer Care at
1-800-858-8072.

The test strip may be damaged or
not properly inserted, or there was
too little blood for a proper test.

If you see this before you put blood
on the strip, remove the test strip
and reinsert it, or replace it if it’s
damaged.

If you see this after you put blood on
the strip, retest with a new strip and
more blood.

Your blood sugar may be extremely
high and above the system’s
measuring range. Run a control test
with a new strip – see page 14.
