Step Starting Status Check Points Pass Criteria
2.1 Trolley is at CONNECTED position.
CLOSE the breaker. Apply 3.9 kV DC or 2.8 kV RMS for 60 seconds between main
connectors and frame. No flashover.
2.2 Trolley is at CONNECTED position.
Breaker is OPEN.
Connect BOTTOM connector with frame.
Apply 3.9 kV DC or 2.8 kV RMS for 60 seconds between TOP main
connector and frame No flashover.
2.3 Trolley is at CONNECTED position.
Breaker is OPEN.
Connect TOP connector with frame. Apply 3.9 kV DC or 2.8 kV RMS for 60 seconds between BOTTOM
main connector and frame
No flashover.
2.4 END OF PROCEDURE.
