Place kibbeh attachments (5) onto the feed screw shaft, fitting the
protrusions in the slots.
5.
Screw the fixing ring (16) into place until tight. Do not over tighten.
6.
Feed the shell mixture into the grinder and the kibbeh attachment will form
the outer shell for your kibbeh.
7.
Stuff the outer shell with the stuffing mixture and form kibbeh as illustrated
below before deep frying.
Making Sausages
Before starting, assemble sausage attachment as shown below.
Method
1.
Wash all parts and dry thoroughly before use.
2.
Hold the head and insert it into the inlet.
3.
Place the snake, the cutting blade and the desired cutting plate into the head
as shown in the sequence.
4.
Place the desired sausage attachment into the sausage block.
