Making Kibbeh
Stuffing recipe
Method
1. Mince the mutton once or twice.
2. Fry onion until brown then add it to the mutton. The add the spices, salt and
flour.

Method

Mince the meat three times then mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Grind the mixture three times.
3. Disassemble the head removing the cutting plate and cutting blade.
Mutton 100g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped) 1 onion
All spice To taste
Salt To taste
Flour 1 tbsp
Lean meat 450g
Flour 150g
All spice To taste
Nutmeg (finely grated) 1
Cayenne To taste
Pepper To taste
