Cleaning

Remove parts from the main body and remove any meat. Wash each part in
warm, soapy water.

Do not use bleaching solution as this will discolour the aluminum.

Wipe the main body with a damp cloth, do not immerse in water.

Thinners and petrol will crack or change the colour of the unit.

Wipe all of the cutting parts with vegetable oil to protect them from rusting.

Do not place any parts in the dishwasher.
Storage

After cleaning, place the cord into the
storage compartment at the back of the
appliance.

Place the cutting blades and the kibbeh
accessories in the storage compartment
on top of the appliance.
