3-1 Pre-Start Check
At a no flow condition, the indicator pointer should align with the "Ref."
mark on the scale. If it is necessary to align the reference marks, refer to
Section 4-3.
3-2 Start-up and Operation
Slowly initiate flow into the system. Check for leaks around the meter inlet
and outlet connections. If no leaks are present, bring the system up to
operating pressure. During the initial phases of operation, it is
recommended that the connections be checked frequently for leaks.
