1. To place a call from the AeGIS 4000: Press #.
2. To grant access to a visitor: Press 9 (door 1) or

Press 8 (door 2).

3. To use a personal access code: Press * then release,

and press 4-digit access code.

4. To extend a talk time: tenant must press # after hearing

the time-out warning beep.

5. To enable call forwarding:

Local press 0 and * simultaneously then release then
select 71(call forwarding on 71) or 72 (call forwarding on
72) then press #.
Premise phone lift the handset wait for dial tone then
press ## then select 71(call forwarding on 71) or 72 (call
forwarding on 72) then press #.
Remote phone lift the handset wait for dial tone then
press # and4-digit master code then select 1(call forwarding on
71) or 2 (call forwarding on 72) then press #.

6. To open and Closed, to open and hold open and then

closed door 1 or door 2, see table on the right

Log into programming mode

1. Press # and 0 simultaneously, screen will stop scrolling. Repeat this step if screen is still scrolling.
2. Enter the 4-digit master code (default master code is 0000).
3. Select the function code from the table below.
