To disconnect an adapter from the existing Powerline network, do as
follows:
As displayed above, the 3 adapters have interconnected on a private
Powerline network. If you want to disconnect Adapter 3 from the network,
then press the Pair button on Adapter 3 for 6‐10 seconds and then release it.
The Power LED on Adapter 3 goes off and then light up again. The adapter
will restart automatically and leave Network 1.
Note:
When adding a new adapter to an encrypted Powerline network, make sure
its network name is exactly the same as the existing networks and “Encrypt”
is enabled on it. You must go use the utility to change the adapter’s network
name and enable “Encrypt” if need be. Pressing the Pair button will not
work if you have encrypted and renamed your network.
