Display Hold:
This feature is an enhancement to the DT-209X software, designed for users

• The Display hold feature should be set at least twice as much as the

Measurement Interval Value. If the values are set the same there is a
possibility that the lower readings (less than 100 RPM) may not be
recognized depending on how fast the Measurement Interval Value is set.

• If setting is set below 50 msec, the software will automatically adjust it to

10,000 msec (10 seconds).

• For Low RPM it is recommended that the Display Hold setting should be

set to a minimum of 1,000 msec (1 second).

• If the tachometer is reading “0 “ for speeds less than 100 RPM please

adjust the Display hold value.
