Then re-assemble the protective shield after matching it up with the housing for the three screws [(1) see Fig. 2].

3. CHIN GUARD

see figure 3

The protective chin guard provided with the SUOMY 3LOGY helmet transforms the SUOMY 3LOGY jet helmet into a full face helmet.

The double P/J approval means in this configuration the SUOMY 3LOGY has been approved in accordance with safety requirements.

The chin guard is equipped with an ON/OFF air vent controlled by an external button. (Button lowered for the open position and raised for the

closed position).

This air vent allows effective air entry to the inside of the visor, to prevent condensation forming and provide sufficient ventilation inside the helmet.

3.1 Removal

To remove the chin guard first remove the protective shields as outlined in point 2.1.

Remove the three screws under the shield and then the chin guard itself.

3.2 Assembly

Position the chin guard by matching the holes on it to the holes on the shell and tighten the three fixing screws.

Then reassemble the protective shields as outlined in point 2.2.

INTERNAL SUPPORTS

The SUOMY 3LOGY's internal support, comprising the upper head guard and two cheek pads, is completely removable and washable.
