Then proceed with detaching the two front frames, one of which is integrated with the polystyrene and the other integrated with the head guard

itself, carefully pulling it towards the inside of the helmet until it is completely unclipped at the three points of restraint.

4.2 Assembly

Position the head guard inside the shell, lining up its edges with the edges of the internal polystyrene shell.

Once positioned exert uniform pressure on the fixing points between the two frames (integrated with the head guard and embedded in the po-

lystyrene) being careful to match up the three attachment points [C, D and E see fig. 4], until fully engaged.

Insert the back flap of the head guard into the cavity between the polystyrene and the shell, until inserted completely, carefully joining the rear

neck guard to the profile of the shell itself.

Then exert a certain amount of pressure on the two side pieces of Velcro joining the inside to the profile of the polystyrene itself.

Once fastened check the shell is attached correctly to the inside of the helmet (polystyrene padding).

5. REMOVABLE CHEEK SUPPORTS

see figure 5

5.1 Removal

Even if not used directly inside the cheek pad it is better to release the retention system as described in the previous paragraph [see point 1.2].

Carefully pull the cheek pad towards the inside of the helmet until the release of the first automatic button (A), and repeat the procedure for the

other two buttons (B and C) until they are completely released and the cheek pad can be removed.

5.2 Assembly

To re-assemble the cheek pad match up the innermost automatic buttons (B and C) and exert slight pressure until they clip in fully.

Do the same with the third button (A).

Check the cheek pad is securely attached to the helmet.

Before using the helmet check the rear neck guards, cheek pads, and internal head guard are positioned correctly and securely attached to

the strap and the shell. Incorrect positioning and/or ineffective attachment could compromise the effectiveness of the retention system - should

this occur do not use the helmet.
