Nos modelos roscados, após se ter interceptado as válvulas, é suficiente desaparafusar a
câmara de acumulação da sujidade, com uma chave hexagonal de 26 mm (1), à qual o
elemento interno está fixo de forma a poder ser retirado para limpeza. Nos modelos com
ligação vertical é apenas permitido desaparafusar a câmara de acumulação de sujidade
para operações de limpeza, sem extrair o elemento interno.
Het verwijderen van de vuilopvangkamer voor de reiniging van het interne element kan
gebeuren door middel van een sleutel van 26mm. Let erop dat bij de verticale uitvoering
het interne element in de vuilafscheider dient te blijven.

1. Smontare la coibentazione preassemblata
sfilando prima l’involucro inferiore (A) della
camera di accumulo e se necessario
successivamente la coibentazione superiore (B).
2. Rimuovere l’anello (C) in cui sono alloggiati i
due magneti che, in fase di dafangazione,
hanno trattenuto le impurità ferrose. NB:
Operazione valida anche per i defangatori
verticali serie 5468 senza coibentazione.
3. Eseguire l’operazione scarico fanghi
aprendo il rubinetto di intercettazione a sfera
(D) con l’apposita chiavetta (E).
4. Terminata l’operazione di scarico fanghi,
rimontare la coibentazione con
procedimento inverso rispetto a quanto
illustrato nei punti 1 e 2.
WARNING: The symbol shown on the removable ring (C) indicates the presence of
magnets that generate a strong magnetic field. This could cause damages to electronic
devices kept in its proximity.
1. Remove the pre-assembled insulation by taking off the bottom casing (A) of the collection
chamber first and if necessary, the top insulation later (B).
2. Remove the ring (C) containing the two magnets, that during the dirt sepation
phase retained the ferrous impurities. NB: This operation is valid also for the vertical dirt
separators 5468 series without insulation.
3. Carry out the dirt drain off operation by opening the ball shut-off cock (D) with the special
key (E).
4. Once finished the dirt drain off operation, fit the insulation again following the procedure
shown at points 1 and 2 all the way around.
ACHTUNG: Das Symbol auf dem Magnetring (C) zeigt an, dass hier ein Magnet
vorhanden ist, welches ein starkes Magnetfeld erzeugt. Es können möglicherweise Schäden
an elektronischen Geräten auftreten, die in der Nähe platziert sind.
1. Demontieren Sie zuerst die vormontierte Isolierung am unteren Gehäuse der
Sammelkammer (A) und bei Bedarf, dann die obere vormontierte Isolierung (B).
2. Demontieren Sie den Ring (C), an dem durch 2 Magnete die magnetischen
Schlammpartikel gehalten werden. HINWEIS: Dieser Vorgang gilt auch für die Serie 5468
vertikaler Schlammabscheider ohne Isolierung.
3. Entfernen Sie die Verschmutzung, indem Sie das Entleerungsventil (D) mit Hilfe des
speziellen Schlüssels in der Kappe (E) öffnen und den Schmutz ablassen.
4. Sobald Sie den Schmutz entfernt haben, verschließen Sie wieder das Entleerungsventil
und montieren die Isolierung umgekehrt wie in Punkt 1 und 2 beschrieben.
