The following procedure shows how to edit the configuration definition file. After performing the following
procedure, you can create or delete Flex Copy XP pairs using the
paircreate
or
pairsplit-S
command.
1. Define paths to the internal LU where the external LU is mapped.
The procedure to set paths to the internal LU, where the external LU is mapped, is exactly the same as
the procedure for the actual local array volume. For instructions, see the HP StorageWorks LUN
Configuration and Security Manager XP user guide for the XP12000/XP10000/SVS200.
According to
Figure 17 , LDEV# = 11 is set to CL1-B in this example.
2. Check the connection configuration using the
raidscan
command.
• Make the configuration definition file without

and
HORCM_INST
