What If You can’t get the return
address to print close
to the left edge of the
envelope
Your printer can’t print all
the way to the left edge.
You can avoid this problem
by using envelopes
preprinted with your return
address, by printing the
address on a label, or by
stamping it on.

Slide both paper adjusters out.
Make sure the lower (IN) tray is empty.

Put a stack of up to 20 envelopes in the printer, as shown below. (If you’re
using thick envelopes, you might need to reduce the quantity.)
Flap side up and flap
to the right.
left = 0.84 inch (21 mm)
right = 0.04 inch (1 mm)
top = 0.125 inch (3.2 mm)
bottom = 0.125 inch (3.2 mm)
