Connect your printer to
your computer

Make sure both the printer and the computer are
turned off.

Plug the notched end of the cable into the printer and
snap both clips into the notches.
Make sure that the
printer is connected directly
to the computer and that no
other peripherals, such as a
zip drive, are connected
to the printer cable.

Plug the other end of the cable into the computer and
tighten the screws.
