Match the symptom below that best describes your problem.

Troubleshooting

No Picture/LED Power Indicator is not lit

• Check that there is electrical power coming from the power

outlet. Use another device that you know works to check for
power.

• Check that the power cord is properly connected to the power

adapter.

• Check that the power adapter is properly connected to the

display.

• Check that the power switch of display is turned on.

No Picture/LED Power Indicator is orange • Check that the video signal cable is properly connected.

• Check that the power switch of your computer or video source is

in the “ON” position.

• Ensure the computer is not in power saving mode. (Move the

mouse or press a key on the keyboard to wake up the
computer.)

Text is not solid

• Change the resolution of the video signal to 1024 x 768 and

press the AUTO button on the front of the panel to run the auto
adjustment feature.

• Adjust the Clock and Phase in the OSD menu to fine tune.

• Adjust Sharpness in the OSD menu.

Screen image is not centered/some
lines are missing

• Adjust H. Position and V. Position to fine tune.

• Press the AUTO button on the front of the panel to run the auto

adjustment feature.

Red, Green, Blue, or Black dots on
the screen

• Some stationary “always ON” red, green, or blue dots may

appear on the monitor. These are called bright pixels and can
happen with any LCD panel.
