The rolling bearings fitted have been provided with a sufficient fill of
grease, and are maintenance--free up to a speed of 1,500 min--1.

In case of higher speeds, please refer to the lubrication table (in the
annex).

Check the cone of the revolving tailstock centre for damage. Damaged
cones have a negative effect on the radial run, the chip removal perfor-
mance and the surface finish (chatter marks)
:
Clean both parts before mounting the revolving tailstock centre in
the cone of the tailstock sleeve.

Please refer to the diagrams in the annex for the permissible load.
Note:
If the indicated maximum permissible loads are exceeded, the
bearings may be damaged.
