Trouble:
Centre is blocked
Cause:
a) Insufficient lubrication and/or use of wrong lubricant.
b) Destroyed bearing due to overload or wrong assembly.
Trouble: Chatter marks during turning
Cause:
a) The bearing has too much clearance.
b) The axial forces are too high and/or the work piece diameter is too
small. Deflection of the work piece.
c) Deflection of the tailstock sleeve due to excessive overhang
