Launch your Browser and confirm you are online.

If prompted, click Continue to this website. This would indicate there
is an issue validating your current account information.

Your account must be validated prior to gaining access to the Internet.

Note: If you have not already setup service, your browser will take you to

your selected provider’s webpage where you can sign up for service.

Connection Manager - Icon Overview

The following table describes the various system tray icons that
can appear while using the Connection Manager software:

Time Connected

WiMAX Signal Strength

No Service Area: The device can not detect a WiMAX
signal or you are not in a WiMAX coverage area.

Standby - Bad: The device is in standby mode
and the WiMAX signal strength is bad.

Standby - Weak: The device is in standby mode
and the WiMAX signal strength is weak.

Standby - Normal: The device is in standby mode
and the WiMAX signal strength is normal.

Standby - Good: The device is in standby mode
and the WiMAX signal strength is good.

Standby - Strong: The device is in standby mode
and the WiMAX signal strength is strong.

Standby - Excellent: The device is in standby mode
and the WiMAX signal strength is bad.

Online- Bad: The device is online and the
WiMAX signal strength is bad.
