Registering tracks or
groups as a new group
(Group Setting)

Do the following procedure to register
tracks or groups as a new group. The
tracks or groups must, however, be
sequential. If the desired tracks or groups
are not consecutive, you must move them
to make them consecutive before you can
register them (“Moving recorded tracks”,
page 43).
The operation of this function
depends on whether group mode is on or
off.
When group mode is ON:

Several groups are registered as one
group.

When group mode is OFF:

Several tracks are registered as one
group.

The following section explains the
operation when group mode is on.

Registration of non-consecutive tracks

is not possible (for example, track 3
cannot be registered into a group with
track 5 to 7).

Tracks always appear according to their

order on the disc, not their order within
the group (even when group mode is on)

Insert a disc.
