Recording on the SD memory card cannot be performed normally

Recording on the SD memory card
cannot be performed normally

Cannot record to the card.

• The card cannot be written to when the write protect

switch is set to [LOCK].

Recorded to a card other than the intended card.

• When there are 2 devices connected with cards

inserted, before recording make sure to confirm that
the device with the card you wish to record to is set
as the recording device.

When you play recorded video, it is not played

smoothly.

• A USB2.0 Hi Speed is recommended as the USB

terminal.
If a USB1.1 is used for the connection, the data
transfer will not be fast enough for video playback so
the videos will not be played smoothly.

• The operation of recording on a card uses a very

high percentage of the processing power (load on
the CPU) of the personal computer. So, when
software other than MotionSD STUDIO is running,
the video sometimes cannot be recorded well.
When using MotionSD STUDIO, we recommend to
close other software.
Besides, if a file is copied or moved, or printing is
executed, we recommend rendering after such
operations are completed.

• The personal computer may be in an unstable state.

Exit MotionSD STUDIO, and then reboot the
personal computer.

• The rate of access to the hard disk may have been

dropped.
We recommend defragmenting the hard disk by use
of Windows’ Disk Defragmenter.
