• The privilege to use only a group of printers can be assigned to an account
• One or more accounts can be assigned a pricing discount factor

unilaterally, or as part of a load balancing scheme
Features of Print-Track Release Station
• No pulse-enable dongle is required
• Jobs are located at the release station by entering a temporary alphanumeric
release password of definable minimum length
• Private clients jobs print without monetary payment
• Public client jobs require monetary payment
• Payment can be made with coin, bill, card account value, or billing code(s)
• Vending controller can vend both copies and prints when connected to a
multifunctional copier / printer
• Vending controller with card readers can be constrained to vend prints by
card only for all print jobs, or those above a certain value, while allowing
vending of copies by coin, bill or card
• Vending controller can be set to "escrow last bill inserted" to save change
• Vending controller copy vending by card can be discounted relative to copy
vending by coin or bill
• Reprints of misprinted jobs can be performed by an Administrator at the
release station
• Orphaned jobs can be printed against monetary, account or billing code value
Licensing and Downloads
Print-Track Plus and Print-Track Pro are licensed by number of monitored printers on
an instance of Print-Track Server, for a specific time period (the lease period).
Instances of Print-Track Release Station are licensed on a per use basis. Licensing
must be completed through an email function. Please call us for pricing.
If you are interested in either version of Print-Track, you can download the

You can also download various sample reports and an Excel spreadsheet of
supported printers (which is constantly being updated). If any of your organization's
printers are not listed, this most probably only means that the driver has not been
"officially tested" by TekVend personnel.
Windows 98 clients have not been tested with Print-Track, and are not supported.
Additionally, installation of Print-Track server automatically includes the installation
of Dot Net as required.
Installation and Technical Support

to assure a smooth, quick and successful installation.
Print-Track comes with free software updates and telephone support for the duration
of the lease period.
Vending Controllers
Currently, TekVend offers four vending controllers suitable for attachment to a Print-
Track Release Station: the M6500S, M6506S, M7500S and M7506S controllers.
These controllers are identical to the M6500, M6506, M7500 and M7506 controllers
respectively, except they have a serial port and specialized software for connecting
to a release station PC. For a premium charge, these controllers can be connected to
a release station via a USB port, or an IP hub connection on the local area network.
Note that not only can these controllers simultaneously control copying and printing
on a single copier/printer, but they can also simultaneously control multiple printers.
Furthermore, copy control can be performed via Print-Track Release Station on a
locally attached copier/printer. Finally, print vending can be limited to cards only
(totally, or above a certain print vend price).
