Guide License screen:
o
Create Workflows – identifies if this version of Guide has Workflows enabled
o
Workflows – If Create Workflows = Yes, this is the number of active workflows allowed
o
Job Limit – the number of active jobs allowed (If the value is anything other than the infinity
sign, it means that Guide is limited to that number of active jobs. This is primarily for NFR
systems.)
Queue License screen:
o
Clustering – identifies whether or not license allows clustering
o
MFPs – the number of MFPs that may be used
o
Maximum Job Tickets – the maximum number of active job tickets allowed
Each
Printgroove
module (
Serve, Guide, Queue
) comes with a set of counters which
enable/disable certain features of the application. If a user has not purchased
Serve
for example,
the licensing information screen will display “Not licensed for this module.”
