5.0 Troubleshooting

There are 3 types of messages: success, warning, and error, and each is displayed in a way which
suggests the nature of the message by using internationally recognized color choices and icons.

5.1 Success

Confirmation messages regarding successful events are shown in a green bar. The icon, which
may or may not be included, will vary depending on the action that was successfully completed.
The example message below represent confirmation of successful submission of a job ticket.

5.2 Error

An error message is shown in a red bar.

5.3 Warning

Warnings have an orange background which indicates that you may have left some required fields
empty and they are needed for a successful event.(Red X’s may also be shown near the sections
that need your attention.)

5.4 Pop-up Windows

Pop-up windows are displayed within the application when an action is suggested or it may be
convenient at a certain time. For example, when a user is added to the application but the Shipping
and Billing sections of their Profile is not input, the screen below pops up. If you click on the
Continue button, the application takes you to the User’s Account Profile so you may enter the
shipping and billing information.
