Edit a Language - Manually

To edit an existing/new language, click on the Edit icon to the right of the language. A translation
table of words and phrases will be loaded, with the reference or base language in the left column
and the “new” translations in the right.


Within the Language Editor, you can edit all of the words and phrases in the Translation column on
the right, or you may use the Export and Import options to accomplish the translation in another
software application, such as Konica Minolta’s Loco Lingo.

First, to do t his manually, click on each word and phrase to translate it as you want it to be viewed
in Printgroove. Once you have each line translated; click the Update button at the bottom (right)
of the table to Save your translations.

Go back to the Settings Language menu and click on the Translate (

) icon to the right of your

language to make the translations visible to the Printgroove application. Then click the Activate
icon ( ) to make this language available to all users.
