3.5 Temporary memory reception
Temporary memory reception
If the received original cannot be printed because of a paper misfeed, etc., the received original is saved in
the memory until it can be printed. This function is known as temporary memory reception.
When problems such as paper misfeeds, etc. are corrected, the received original saved in the memory is
printed.
Temporary memory reception may not be possible when the memory is full.
Forwarding a job received in temporary memory
A job received in temporary memory can be forwarded to another destination.

Touch [Job List].

Select the job to be forwarded from the list and touch [Forward].

Select the job to be forwarded from the list and touch [Destination].

Specify the address.
– Touch [Direct Input] to specify the destination to be directly entered.
– Touch [Select from Address Book] to specify from a registered destination.
– Refer to "Specifying by direct input" on page 2-17 regarding direct input methods and "Specifying
from registered destinations" on page 2-13 regarding methods for specifying from a registered
destination.
