Specifying the reception in box of hard disk (PC-FAX RX Setting)

Whether or not to use the PC-FAX RX function is set. When set to [Allow], output destination box is set.
PC-FAX RX saves the document file received by fax in the hard disk box. Saved file can be downloaded on
network computer.

Allow/Restrict*

When set to [Allow], settings are as follows.

Receiving User Box Destination: Memory RX User Box*/Specified User Box

When it is set in Specified User Box, it is saved in the box specified in F-code (SUB address).

Document received by fax is saved in Memory RX User Box and Specified User Box in the form of TIFF.

Print: ON/OFF*

When PC-FAX RX setting is [Allow], it is possible to specify whether it is printed after receiving the fax
or not.

Password Check: ON/OFF*

When PC-FAX RX setting is [Allow] it is possible to set the communication password.

* is a default value at the time of procurement.

Note

When [PC-FAX RX Setting] is set to [Allow], [Memory RX Setting], [Forward TX Settings] and [TSI User
Box Setting] cannot be used.

Display the Administrator Settings screen as described in "Displaying Administrator Settings screen"
on page 10-3.

Touch [Fax Settings].

Some items may not be displayed according to setting options.
