2.10 Reserving a transmission
It is possible to reserve the next transmission while the machine is communicating or printing. This function
is called reserved transmission.

[Off-Hook] cannot be used for reserved transmission.

Touch [Next Fax/Scan Job].
– If [TX Display] or [Copy Operating Screen] is not set to [Yes], [Next Fax/Scan Job] will not be
displayed.
– Refer to "Setting the screen during fax operation (FAX Active Screen)" on page 10-15 regarding
screen display settings during transmissions.
– For details on the screen display settings while printing, refer to the User’s Guide [Copy Operations].

Load the original to be faxed.
– Refer to "Loading the original" on page 2-6 for details
on loading the original.

Specify functions if required.
– For details on Scan settings, refer to "Specifying scanning conditions" on page 2-9 or "Scan
Settings" on page 6-2.
– For details on Original Settings, refer to "Original Settings" on page 6-3.
– For details on Communication settings, refer to "Communication Settings" on page 6-4.

Specify the destination.
