Finishing Capabilities
The Printer Monitor provides information about the printer’s finishing capa-
bilities. To access this information, follow this procedure:

Double-click on a printer icon in the Destination panel to open the
Printer Monitor.

Click the [Finishing Capabilities] Setting Option to open the screen.

The [Finishing Capabilities] table lists all finishing options and notes the
printer’s support for each of these options. The following options can
appear in the table:
– Staple
– Binding
– Punch
– Collate
– Offset
– Folding
– Trim
– Sheet Feeder

Values for these fields are provided by the printers. If values are not avail-
able, the fields are blank. If these fields are blank, Printgroove POD
Queue will not recommend the printer nor send print jobs automatically
when [Auto Mode] is on.
