the wireless subwoofer lit blue?

When the audio signal being played has no bass component, no
sound will come from the subwoofer.

Adjust the settings to match your environment from [Speaker Setup]
of [Audio Output]. (page 47)

y

Check whether the subwoofer setting of [Initial Setup] on the unit is
set to wireless. (page 47)

y

Check whether the unit and wireless subwoofer are paired. (page 52)

y

Sound may become intermittent or stop being output due to the
signal state during use but this is not an indication of a malfunction.
Try changing the position or orientation of the AV Speaker Bar or
wireless subwoofer.

y

The AV Speaker Bar and wireless subwoofer can be used at a
distance of up to approximately 10 m from each other. This distance
differs depending on the operating environment and operation at the
distance of 10 m is not guaranteed.

y

The reception state may become unstable if the AV Speaker Bar and
wireless subwoofer are too close to each other. In such a case, use
the AV Speaker Bar and wireless subwoofer at least 1 m apart from
each other.

y

If there is an obstruction (metal door, concrete wall, insulation
with aluminum foil, etc.) between the AV Speaker Bar and wireless
subwoofer, the signal may be blocked and sound may not be output.
In this case, install the AV Speaker Bar and wireless subwoofer where
there is a clear line of sight between them.

Is the wireless subwoofer
installed in the correct
position?

Check whether there is a problem with the installation position. (page

The audio from the AV
Speaker Bar and the
audio from the wireless
subwoofer sound out of

(SBX-N700 only)

Did you adjust the speaker
settings to appropriate
settings?
