Security
Two advanced security mechanisms ensure a high level of security:
■ Authentication prevents access to critical data and makes it impossible
to falsify the origin of a message.

Please note that this software is specifically designed for the following
operating systems:
■ Microsoft ® Windows ® 2000 Professional
■ Microsoft ® Windows ® XP

Release Notes related to the Bluetooth TM Stack for
Windows ® by TOSHIBA
1. Install:
On Windows2000 or Windows XP, Bluetooth TM Stack for Windows ® by
TOSHIBA does not need signature.
2. Fax application software:
Regarding FAX application software, there are some software that you
cannot use on this Bluetooth
TM Stack.
3. Multi User:
On Windows XP, Multi user does not supported.
When you use Bluetooth, you might not use Bluetooth another logon
user.

This Bluetooth TM Stack is based on Bluetooth TM Version 1.1/1.2/2.0+EDR
specification. TOSHIBA cannot confirm all compatibility among any PC
products and/or other electronic devices using Bluetooth
TM other than
TOSHIBA mobile PCs.
