Display Shows Description
COPIES = 1 Appears when the printer has reprint data but no PROOF, PUBLIC or SECURE
data in the memory.
LAST JOB COPIES = 1
Appears when the printer has reprint data and PROOF, PUBLIC or SECURE data
in the memory.
PROOF FILE XXX (User name), XXX (Job name), COPIES = 1
Appears when the printer has PROOF data in the memory.
PUBLIC FILE XXX (User name), XXX (Job name), COPIES = 1
Appears when the printer has PUBLIC data in the memory.
SECURE FILE XXX (User name), XXX (Job name), XXX (Pass word), COPIES = 1
Appears when the printer has SECURE data in the memory.
